You know what time it is? It’s time to dive into the world of My Hero Academia villains! And what better way to start than with an Endeavor workout!?

Our My Hero Academia workouts have been a massive hit, so I thought it’s about time we dedicate a page solely to them, just like we did for our Dragon Ball Z Inspired Workouts. But until then, this workout serves as a way to expand our MHA list, introduce some villains, and get back into strength training.

Now, let’s talk about the man himself—Endeavor!

Endeavor: The Towering Inferno

Height: 6’4″
Weight: 260 lbs
Real Name: Todoroki Enji
Hero Name: Endeavor
Powers: Yes

Endeavor is a force to be reckoned with. Not only is he tall, but he’s also massive. When compared to the students of U.A. High School, he truly stands out. But don’t worry if you’re not the same height or weight range as Endeavor. Our routines are designed for anyone and everyone.

Diet and Nutrition

Before we jump into the workout, let’s talk about nutrition. Every hero needs a good diet. While we can’t grant you superpowers, we can still provide some pillars for nutrition. Remember, you can’t out-train a bad diet. Find a sustainable way to reach your goals.

The Endeavor Section: Bulking Up!

Endeavor is big, and to embody his massive physique, you need to eat to bulk up. We recommend starting with a minimum of 500 calories over your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to initiate your bulk. Keep in mind that you can’t gain mass without eating enough to fuel your gains.

The Endeavor Workout Routine Research

Now, let’s dive into the fun part—the workout routine research! But before that, here’s a little background on Endeavor. Enji Todoroki, also known as Flame Hero: Endeavor, holds the record for the highest tally of resolved cases as a Pro Hero. He is also the father of Shoto, Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Toya Todoroki.

Endeavor is a tall, sturdily-built man with an incredibly muscular physique. He sports short crimson hair and sharp turquoise eyes. His hero costume is a navy turquoise bodysuit with fiery patterns across his chest, torso, arms, and shoulders. He shapes his flames into weapons and can even achieve limited flight by concentrating flames to his feet.

Endeavor possesses enhanced strength, durability, stamina, and an indomitable will. With his quirk Hellflame, he can produce and manipulate intense fire at will. However, using too much power can overheat his body and deplete his stamina.

Now that we know a bit more about Endeavor, let’s get into the workout routine!
